The batteries holder is designed to be used with COMET Sigfox sensors.

It allows to power the transducer from one or two 3.6V lithium batteries, size "C", thus extending up to six times the operating time compared to the standard life of size "AA" internal battery. 

The SP015 Batteries holder is suitable for applications where the life of the transducer's internal battery is insufficient and the mains power supply (with optional accessories) cannot be used.

The adapter is designed to be used as an accessory for battery powered transducer with radio output to Sigfox net (Wx8xx series).

When installed in place of an existing battery, the transducer will be extended with an external power input.

The transducer can then be powered from a 5V DC power adapter, an external large capacity battery, or a suitable solar battery system with a backup battery.
The transducer with mounted adapter is designed for indoor or covered environment.
