Temperature measurement in organic poultry farming

In 2020, we purchased data loggers with a calibration sheet for our small Wallachian organic farm, mainly due to the need to comply with hygiene regulations. In addition to our breeding, we also deal with the slaughter and sale of our own reared poultry. Thanks to COMET data loggers, the strictest conditions set by law are observed when cutting meat that is under constant veterinary supervision.

We are very pleased with the simplicity of working with the device and measured data.
